What You’ll Need
- Gracious Bakers Pene
- 125ml cream
- 125g cream cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp mustard
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C.
2. Cook pene as per package instructions.
3. While pene is cooking heat your cream in a sauce pan.
4. Once hot add cream cheese. Once well combined add cheddar.
5. Add mustard and spices and mix thoroughly. Pour over pene and mix well.
6. Grease a small oven proof dish and add in your pene mixture.
7. Top with mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
