Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:
Salad:
500g beef mince
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
225g crispy lettuce sliced
1 cup tomatoes chopped
¾ cup shredded cheddar
½ cup pickles diced
Dressing:
½ cup keto friendly mayonnaise
2 tbsp pickles finely diced
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 ½ tbsp powdered erythritol (if you only have normal just grind in your coffee grinder)
Instructions:
- Cook beef over a high heat and season with salt and pepper.
- Puree all your dressing ingredients in a blender or with a stick blender.
- Combine your salad ingredients in a bowl with your dressing and toss well.
