Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
500g Green beans topped and tailed
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
½ tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Juice ½ a lemon
2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Cook green beans in boiling water until tender. About 5 minutes.
- Combine your remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Drain green beans and add to your bowl.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
