Serves 6
Ingredients:
500g beef mince
1⁄2 a cabbage shredded
1 tbsp coconut oil
1⁄2 an onion finely diced
2 eggs
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp curry powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat a large pot over a medium high heat.
- Add you coconut oil and sauté your onion for a few minutes.
- Add your beef and brown it. Remove and set aside.
- There should be enough fat from frying the beef still in the pan but if not add some more coconut
oil or butter and sauté your cabbage until soft. - Return the beef and onion to the pot and add your spices. Cook for a few minutes.
- Make a well in the middle and break in your eggs. Allow to cook a bit before breaking up and
mixing through your dish. Serve and enjoy.
