Green Beans with Mustard Butter Sauce

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:

500g Green beans topped and tailed

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

½ tbsp Dijon mustard

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Juice ½ a lemon

2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Cook green beans in boiling water until tender. About 5 minutes.
  2. Combine your remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Drain green beans and add to your bowl.
  4. Toss well to coat evenly.
