  • 20g Ovo White Chocolate, chopped and divided
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp allulose
  • 1 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. In a microwave safe mug, melt half the white chocolate with the butter (about 20–30 seconds). Stir until smooth and glossy.
  2. Add the egg, almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to the mug. Mix thoroughly until combined.
  3. Fold in the macadamia nuts and the remaining white chocolate chunks.
  4. Microwave on high for 60 to 75 seconds, depending on your microwave’s strength. The cake should rise and feel set but still slightly moist inside, don’t overcook it.
  5. Optional but highly recommended – top with a few extra white chocolate shavings and a drizzle of cream for next level decadence.
