Want Some Sugar Free Keto Berry Coconut Chocolate Fudge?

This one’s got it all, antioxidant-rich berries, silky coconut oil, and a deep dark chocolatey bite, thanks to the 80g Ovo Chocolate slab. It’s low carb, sugar free, and so satisfying that one square will do (ok, maybe two… let’s be real 😏).

💡 Quick Facts:

Prep Time: 10 mins
Chill Time: 1–2 hrs
Total Time: ±2 hrs
Servings: 12–16 pieces (depending how you slice it)
Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for longer
Bonus: Vegan, dairy-free (if you use dairy-free chocolate)

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 x 80g Ovo dark chocolate slab
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ⅓ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (plus extra for topping, optional)

👩‍🍳 Method

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate

  1. Break the Ovo chocolate into chunks and place it in a heatproof bowl with the coconut oil.
  2. Melt gently over a double boiler or microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and glossy.

Step 2: Add the Goodies

  1. Stir in the coconut flakes and gently fold in the berries. If using frozen, no need to thaw, they’ll help speed up the fudge setting.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined square dish or silicone mould. A small loaf tin works well too.

Step 3: Set & Slice

  1. Optional: Sprinkle a few more coconut flakes on top for that pretty finish.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm.
  3. Slice into bite-sized squares or bars and enjoy!

🔁 Variations & Tips

  • Sweetener tip: This is a naturally sweet treat thanks to the berries and chocolate, but if you prefer it a bit sweeter, stir in 1–2 teaspoons powdered allulose or your fave keto sweetener when melting the chocolate.
  • Nutty twist: Add crushed walnuts, macadamias or pecans for a crunchy vibe.
  • Berries swap: Strawberries or chopped cherries would also work a charm.
  • Zebra swirl: Melt a bit of white Ovo chocolate and drizzle over the top before setting for a fun marbled look.

⚠️ Storage

Keep chilled, this fudge will soften at room temp thanks to the coconut oil. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Pop one out when the cravings hit.
