Ingredients:
200g De Villiers Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
8 tbsp butter
¼ cup heavy cream
4 large eggs
2 cups erythritol
1 tbsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
Method:
- In a large bowl melt the chocolate and butter.
- Once melted pour in the cream and erythritol. Mix well.
- In another bowl beat the eggs until nice and fluffy. Add vanilla and beat some more.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and beat until full incorporated.
- Preheat oven to 160C.
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish with some butter. Pour in your mixture and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- When done place on a cooling rack to cool for at least 25 minutes before slicing.
