Serves: 4
Ingredients:
800g pork filet (can use beef too)
1 cup cream
140g blue cheese
Salt
For Flexible Carnivore:
Pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Season your pork filet with salt and pepper if using. Slice your pork filet into medallions.
- Heat a pan over a medium high heat. Sear your pork in ghee or butter in batches and remove from the pan.
- Turn your heat down and add your cream, blue cheese and garlic powder if using. Allow to simmer gently until the sauce starts to thicken.
- Return the pork medallions to the pan and allow to cook through before serving.
