🛒 What You’ll Need

  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese (full fat)
  • 1 tbsp keto mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1–2 small dill gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh taste

Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine chopped eggs, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix gently.

Step 2: Add chopped dill gherkins, red onion, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined but still chunky.
