3 INGREDIENT HAZULNUT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

What You’ll Need:

2 Slabs De Villiers Sugar Free Hazelnut Chocolate

2 Egg Whites

500ml Heavy Whipping Cream

Method:

  1. Melt the DeVilliers on top of a double boiler over low boiling water, stirring carefully and constantly to make sure the chocolate does not burn or stick to the bottom.
  2. Set aside to cool for 15-20 minutes (but don’t allow to solidify).
  3. Separate the egg whites, whip in mixer until fluffy, set aside.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff.
  5. Fold egg whites into the whipped cream.
  6. Add melted chocolate to the mixture, folding in.
  7. Transfer to serving dish. Allow the mousse to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
