Makes 4-5 Pancakes
What you’ll need:
150ml water
2 tbsp Gelatine
6 tbsp Ovo Egg White Protein
2 tsp Erythritol (Omit for Carnivore)
1 tsp cinnamon (Omit for Carnivore)
Butter for cooking
Method:
1. Sprinkle gelatine over your water and allow to bloom.
2. Add your Ovo Protein, erythritol and cinnamon. Beat until well combined, light and fluffy.
3. Heat butter in a small cast iron pan on a medium heat.
4. Pour in enough of the batter to form a pancake. Once it starts bubbling, flip and cook the other side. They cook very quickly so be careful not to burn.
5. Repeat until your batter is finished.
6. For carnivore serve with some melted butter. For Keto serve with one of the delicious CarbSmart Syrups.
