Irish Cream Brownies

What You Will Need:

1 Keto Co. Brownie Pre-Mix

3 eggs at room temperature

½ tsp vanilla essence

180g butter

60g sugar free dark chocolate

1 cup cream

¼ cup powdered erythritol

1 tsp espresso powder

1 tbsp Irish Whiskey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 170C.
  2. Follow brownie mix instructions to step 5 and allow brownies to cool fully.
  3. Whip your cream until soft peaks form. Add erythritol, espresso powder and whiskey and continue to whip into stiff peaks.
  4. Use a spatula to spread over your cooled brownies. Cut into 16 brownies and serve. Extras must be stored in the fridge.
