Ginger Cookies

What You Will Need:

1 Keto Co. Cookie Pre-Mix

60g softened butter

30ml almond milk

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp cinnamon

½ tbsp ginger

¼ tsp cloves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Beat the butter until creamy and then add in the erythritol provided in the mix. Beat for a few minutes until light and creamy.
  4. Add salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and milk and continue to beat adding in your cookie pre-mix until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop your cookies onto your baking tray (roughly 1 tbsp per cookie) and flatten slightly. Leave enough room around each cookie for it to spread a bit.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges start to brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
