What You’ll Need:
6 keto friendly sausages of your choice
170g grated mozzarella
85g almond flour
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 egg
pinch salt to taste
1 tsp onion flakes
Sesame seeds for garnish
Method:
- Pre-cook the sausages. Place each sausage on a lined baking tray and cook at 180C for 10 minutes.
- Mix the grated mozzarella and almond flour in a microwaveable bowl. Add the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Stir then microwave on high for another 30 seconds. Remove and stir again. Add the egg, salt, and onion flakes. Mix.
- Place the Fat Head pastry between 2 pieces of baking / parchment paper and roll into a thin rectangle. Remove the top baking / parchment paper.
- Place the sausages along one side of your dough. Begin to roll up into your sausage rolls.
- Cut into sausage rolls and spray or drizzle oil over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish.
- Bake at 200C for 12-15 minutes, or until golden all over.
